About Your Consultant, Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan founded Peripety Solutions and serves as Executive Pastor at Grace Fellowship in Paradise, TX. With over 23 years of full-time ministry experience — including more than 11 years consulting with over 100 churches — Mark is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and churches discover their true, God-given identity and realize their full potential. He brings a unique blend of marketplace sales experience, executive church leadership, and a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Most importantly, he started in ministry as a volunteer leader in his early 20s, was invited to become a church staff member and pastor, and has led at the Executive level in 3 different churches ranging in size from 200 to 25,000.
